Today I struggled to leave the bed my lower back pain doesn’t leave me rest in peace.. keep doing stretching and mckenzie stretch as suggested but maybe should I add something for reinforce the core? Any tip?
My run today was 30 minutes after my Monday long run run (38 min for 5k!) but I was happy with the pace and manage to do 4.2k in 30 min.. I think is not bad! Dead at the end but no bad!

We can't say this for certain, but often low back pain is related to a lack of core stability or hip dysfunction.

I'd also recommend performing some Hip 90/90 switches. These will help with any hip stiffness and lack of rotation, which can leave the low back vulnerable. Perform as shown here: youtube.com/watch?v=qq_Z7sA...
