Congratulations on graduating! I finished the programme a week ago and am nowhere near 5K so please dont worry about the numbers. It'll come eventually (that's what I'm telling myself anyway!). Just think about week 1 and look where you are now!

Well done 👏👏👏Don't worry about your pace. My graduation run was 2 June and around 3.5k. I'm still running at that pace and I do try to go slower (not interested in faster I want further) I ran 7k at that pace this morning and wish I could have slowed it down more
