Managed consolidation runs 4 and 5 this week - con 4 my PB 5k in 39 minutes (shaving 2.5mins off the previous run!) then this evening con 5 and I ran for 45 minutes!!! ☺️ I only did 5.5k but really enjoyed the pace and could've run for longer. Still find it hard to believe that only a few weeks ago I was out of breath running for 1 minute. C25k is truly magical! 😊😊😊

Well done!! I was reading yesterday that once you are running for 60mins, it is best to increase your speed to increase fitness...sounds like you are doing both at the same time! Well done!
