Advice please 😊

Completed c25k a couple of weeks ago and had done 3 consolidation runs but had abit of a sore knee after my leg gave way at work. Just got back from a wk away in Weymouth and the knee is feeling better and I want to head out for a run tomorrow so looking for suggestions, do I do 30 mins or less?

Just stop if your knee hurts

As Tasha99 says, just go and see what you can comfortably manage, but be kind to yourself.

Perhaps some knee strengthening exercises, as linked to in the guide to the plan would be useful.
