I have just done week 5 but during week 1, there was a point when my heartrate was 165, I was on the point of collapse from heat and tiredness but stuck at it. During my 20 min run heartrate was 150 and I had some left at the end. I am 67 and 14 stone. Keep going.

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
