Would be graduation day run today but had to stop for a minute so suppose it doesn't count. It was very warm even though it was 0900 and a strong breeze which was against me all the time. It was all a bit too much. So I'll try again later in the week. It's only a blip.

Winds really ruin runs... they should be banned. Great workout to have you even stronger for that graduation run though!
