Morning all,

So I went off for W6R1 this morning, feeling quite excited following the high after completing the fabled W5R3 on Sunday, but found this morning really hard - in every way...did anyone else feel the same?

Yep, a lot of people struggle with week 6, the change back to interval running trips them up. Just go slow and steady and there are only two interval runs before you are back to continuous running for the rest of the programme.
