Started week 7 nine days ago. Struggled with all three and had to re do my third run after stopping at 21 mins previously.Left extra days in between and had a sore knee. Felt very cheesed off. Treated knee and rested. Got a knee support (old and overweight 🙄) and today went out in the rain and did it. I jogged a little further to prove my demons were really gone (for this week anyhow) I ran for 27’51”. So I am looking forward to week 8 now knowing I can do it. Thank you C25K for giving me focus. To all those struggling today- you can get through it. 💚

Well done for listening to your body.
It’s much better to rest and repair then go at it again if needs be. It isn’t a race, it’s a change to your life and hopefully one you can continue with for a long time.
