Very pleased this morning as did 4K but was pleased when Strava’s voice told me I had got to that mark as couldn’t have gone further 🤗 one of these days I will hit 5K 😎. It’s a beautiful morning but very warm already 🌝

Really tough in this warm weather, saps the energy.
There's really no rush to get to 5k; enjoy the journey and celebrate the achievements along the way 😀 4K is absolutely great, imagine how many people can't run 4k!
