Again I really didn't feel in the mood to go out but I did 25mins of yoga, gave myself a talking to and got out there. As a note to my future self (and anyone reading this): it's totally worth it!

Slightly slower average pace that W6R3 and W7R1 but was more in control of my breathing and I took a different route which had a couple of gentle but long inclines which really get you - as shown in my Strava analysis! And this time I actually had fuel left in the tank and did the last 0.5km at a pace of 6:30mins/km. Feeling chuffed and will sleep well tonight.

Great job... and sounds like you’re finding that really comfortable pace there, which will serve you very well indeed in future.

I’ve just done the same run and boy was it a struggle. Well done to you. Love the idea of some yoga first.

Thank you. It’s getting harder for me. I think I need to work much harder on my nutrition as I really lacked energy this morning.
