Decided to mix it up and run a different route this morning which included hills - jeepers what a shock! The hill on the way back was never ending torture, just when you think you’re nearly there you get round the corner to see another hill. Anyway I’m back alive. Just wanted to share 😂

Well done I have done a run with one tiny hill as the flat running in a circle felt hard work as you can see how far you have left to go . Ps I also look like a beetroot 😂😂
