First failed run 😥

W9R2 today and I was doing so well - I was on the exact 5K pace averaging out at 5:59/Km. Then at 26 minutes I got an extremely sharp stitch out of nowhere which literally stopped me dead and I couldn’t even walk 😥

Pretty annoyed with myself as I was finally going to hit the magical number today!

Oh well it’s one of those days! Got to pick myself up and just focus on redoing it successfully next time 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also, I think it’s not a failed run but it’s a run you learnt from, but that’s just my thoughts.
