Hi guys,

So just some brief background, I use to bodybuild quite abit for 3-4 years however i stopped for 4 years and basically lost quite abit of muscle mass and gain quite abit of weight. Since I was young I hated running never liked it as I never had the stamina to run for 1-2 minutes consecutively. I also rarely did cardio/ran/jog even when i was bodybuilding. I've never ran at least 5 minutes consecutively in my life ever. Hence, I chance upon couch to 5K and im quite surprised im in my second 2 week and I'm feeling much better not so heavy breathing and less tiring in my chest area. I'm 24 this year, however I have some issues, after completing W2R2, my only issue was yes it was not that easy as i will count myself as a beginner in running, however I feel that 3-4 rounds in I can feel my shin to lower heel area feeling very sore and tired which then makes me feel even more tired and slowly slows down my pace even more. Could anybody recommend what I should do? I do stretch quite abit before I start each Week/Round, however ever since i Started couch to 5k, my issue is my shin to lower heel area feeling sore & tiring like I have to push myself to live my legs up and it makes me feel really sore and tired. Could it be due to the way I land my feet when running? Looking for some good inputs.

Thank you all!
