Consolidation club

1st consolidation run this morning. I took a different route, going round a different park. I do have to run through streets to get there, so while I'm sticking at 30 minutes (the prospect of running for longer seems quite daunting at the moment), I'll have to alternate between parks, I think. But it was quite good going somewhere new. Good pace as well - the first time I've been sub-7:00 (6:58) so quite pleased with that as I wasn't aiming to move more quickly. Still a niggle in my foot though, so I need to do some ankle strengthening exercises I think. I missed Laura - need to work out how to set alarms on my watch so I know how long I've got left without having to look.

Well done on doing your first consolidation run! I did my first one today too. That’s a really great pace and it’s always nice to take a different route!!

It’s definitely different without Laura, I miss her as well. I’ve considered listening to the couch to 5k+ podcasts as I hear they’re quite good. You could try those if you want to still be listening to something? I’m not sure if they tell you the timings as I haven’t tried them, but I assume they probably do
