Hiya I’m on week 4 and building my stamina and just about finished 16 minutes run. I feel it in my legs compared to week 3. I’ve got one more day left to complete before week 5.

You will find that somebody, somewhere certainly did get leg pain in W4 and others did so in every week of the plan.

Yes I definitely got leg pain specifically calves. I did 10 mins of warm ups and still got it. But I pushed on and concentrated on my running form such as landing mid foot and pacing myself and it didn’t go away but definitely got easier. So keep going. And good luck
