Well done to you on almost completing week 4, I assume that you have looked ahead at week 5 and especially run 3, the program has prepared you for that run, take it slowly, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself.

Take it easy and you'll be absolutely fine. Week 5 is to be embraced and enjoyed. Remember, your body is more than capable - it's just the mental side of things that can over-complicate matters.
