After my run in the rain on Tuesday I felt a niggle in my knee and when I started on Thursday morning I did not feel at all confident with my knee so I just walked. After an extra couple of rest days I headed out today. I left a bit later so the streets of SW London were a bit busy but week 8 is now done 😀. Feeling excited about starting week 9 and graduating (again). Hope everyone is feeling good - stay safe ❤️
