Walk/running longer than 30min

Hello, im currently on week 2 run 3, my question is what to do if i want to carry on running when i finished this run, do i repeat this? Any tips would be appreciated

No, after you have completed any run on C25K don't do any extra running, keep ridgidly to the program, no extra running on consecutive days as well, I am glad that you are enjoying your running but please no extra runs as that could cause a injury. 😊 🏃🏾

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

We are all capable of doing way more than our bodies are conditioned to do, but not without increasing our injury risk. Sticking to gently progressive training plans is the safest way to push our limits, whilst gently increasing our resistance to injury.

Stick to the plan.......it works.
