Morning All, well I’m on my penultimate run this morning and it’s pouring down out there 😬 I really can’t believe that I’m now a runner at 57, having never run before in my life.......C25K is amazing and I have recommended it to friends 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 What doI do next, that’s the question?

I have already planned some charity runs to start after my graduation as I need goals to help me stay motivated. It’s a great way to keep the routine and do something positive for others. Perhaps the 50 miles in a month challenge for Alzheimer’s research would be suitable for a graduate. It’s the one I’m looking at doing.
