So ive finished week 2, i didn’t find it easy but i wasn’t struggling to complete the runs. Now im worried about to moving to week 3 incase i really struggle and it knocks my confidence, anybody felt like this and had any advice. I really want to carry on but i struggle with my own belief in myself and its easily knocked! Thanks everyone x

You can't fail this plan unless you just head back permanently to the couch, so what is the worst that can happen?

Each session, even one you do not complete, makes you stronger, so go for it with positivity and you will learn a lot about yourself.

You can do this.

Hi, I’ve just done my second run of Week 4. I’m finding, the longer I’m into the run, everything Just seems to click! I’m able to push a bit harder in the last 5 minute run! Good luck!
