Beautiful day today. 7 miles in the bag so happy with progress. Would have been in London cheering on my mentor and buddy for the marathon. Fingers crossed for October. Stay safe everyone x

Then a nice gentle stroll through sunken lanes. I’m making the most of my one outing a day.
It’s just lovely to be out there isn’t it. I don’t do that distance every day! Still building slowly and grateful that ankle is holding up. We’re still in it gal and loving it and that’s what matters. Keep safe my lovely x
You ,too. Living in a hilly place makes distance hard! I’m not liking this hot weather! Bring on rain ,ice and snow. Then I’m good. I run round looking for shade and breezes. Lol
