Are you warming up well... and are you doing some strength and stamina work on your running body?

Rest days are important too.. are you leaving time between runs? There are loads of ideas on the S and F forum and some great knee exercises.

Unless you have a knee injury and real pain ( you will know... real pain...), then the exercises may help. If the pains are severe and persist then best to get checked out ( which may be tricky currently, or online with yr GP?)

The guide to the plan includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
