Can anyone for past experience (especially if you’ve done it recently) let me know how hard they found week three? I still have 1 run of week 2 left but the going up to a 3 minute run sounds really daunting to me! Is it actually as bad as it seems?

Worried about week 3 😬
You’ll be fine just take it slow and steady and you’ll manage it. I’ve just done run 1 of week 4 so I’m not much further ahead than you and it’s surprising if you just trust the programme it all seems to work fine
Trust the program, take the runs slowly, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍
It really isn't! It's very much a mental sport as well as physical. I loved Week 3 and found it better than Week 4. If you keep believing and go at a steady pace you'll get through each week. We're all behind you! You'll get through the 3 minutes and each week you'll surprise yourself.
Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

You don't need to know how hard anybody else found the run, you need to trust in the fact that the plan is preparing you, run by run, for the next one.

You can do this.
Enjoy your journey.
No it isn’t that bad at all. I found it much easier as I jogged extremely slowly which got me through it even the first 3 mins when I had to go up hill 🤗. The slower it is the easier it is I find but I still end up completing it 👍. Have a google of Japanese Slow Jogging it really does work. Good luck and you’ll be fine 👍🌷
I’ve got this tomorrow.. I’m pretty nervous bout going up to 3 minutes. After reading posts will really slow down the jog and hopefully will be ok. Good luck 👍🏻
