Often in the past I have had pain in my ankles (mostly at the front but sometimes in the sides too) when walking briskly, or doing yoga. I have asked a lot of yoga teachers for advice but none of it seemed to work. In my first run yesterday I tried to land on the middle of my foot, which seemed to help.
Has anyone else experienced similar, and overcome it?

Thanks I’ll see what I can find, it’s just always bothered me as it has always effected my exercise routines. But as you say running will help, so that may be the answer
