My W6R3 last night has left me with very sore calf and thigh muscles. By coincidence I had an email promoting a magnesium muscle spray. Is this product worth a try or is it nonsense?

I can't answer your question but do know that stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.
