I don't suppose many missed me but nevermind!
You may know I have been poorly with my chest for a long time now....and it's very scary in the current climate let me tell you! Because I now take steroid inhalers and ventolin, despite still not having a diagnosis, I'm at home, socially distancing myself from everyone.....including family who still have to workπ
That's the grim stuff outta the way! The good news is, I put on my running shoes, and I went outside.....very nervously, and very cautiously......I decided it is time to start again. So, I got Laura up and going, and I started at week one, took it very steady, gave every living soul that I saw a very wide berth......and, my legs remembered how to run....well, jog very gently!π And, it felt so good just to be outside......making sure I wasn't ever anywhere near anyone else was a bit weird, as I veered onto the grass a couple of times to avoid sharing the path with other runners.....I gave em a wave and a smile as well of course! So that's where I'm at.....I really hope you are all keeping safe, and well! π
