Anniversary of my C25k start.

It was my 3 year anniversary today, which sneaked up on me and as I am running alternate days I didn’t run this morning. but I will be heading out tomorrow morning for my anniversary run and pondering on how far I have come along the way and the VRBs I’ve made along the way.

Without some of you I would have given up long ago. You kept me going through my times in the IC and my low spots due to depression. And I’m sure we will keep each other going through the current sh**storm. A lot of people suffer with depression and anxiety and these are trying time’s but I think if we know we can hop in here and talk to like minded people that has got to help us all. I know it helps me!!!

I shall be thinking of you all tomorrow morning on my run xxxx 💕💪
