Thank you so much to everyone that has commented on my previous posts. I have officially completed the C25K!!! Not a great time. Ran 2.32 miles but I don’t care!! This is from the woman that could barely run for 60 seconds in week 1. So happy!!!!

Well done you!! I must have told everyone I met for about about a week when I first graduated. 🤣

I’ve just done it again this morning( 3rd time now ...2nd time after fractured ankle.. this time after 3 months of chest infections) and it feels nearly as good as the first time. Enjoy the glow of your achievement and celebrate with a slice of cake 😜🎉🥂
