Well, graduated, consolidated, and enjoying running all thanks to c25k.
Did parkrun this morning, (possibly the last for a while due to cvirus) but about 5 mins in had real pain in lower right calf, then after favouring the left leg that went too. I shuffled round and finished but now sitting with legs up with sore calf muscles . Thinking I will just do upper body exercises for a week to give running a rest.
I did all my warm ups and warm downs.... any tips really, really appreciated.

A competitive environment often pushes us beyond the level that we are conditioned to cope with.
Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.
Thanks IT, I have found a recent thread as well that has been useful, my stride, cadence, posture is all wrong so I guess thats the main cause, and I think you are dead right, started off the run outside my own pace, silly , still loving c25k though
