Yeee ha my sister and I (Funghi the Dolphin) graduated today at our local park run. We are delighted to have completed the programme never ever thought I could do this. The programme is brilliant and to all you newbie out there stick with it cos it really works

We have signed up for a 10k in September so another goal to work towards
