So W7R2 completed. I tracked my distance and seem to have only gone 3.6km in 26 minutes so I need to eventually run for 40 minutes or so to do 5k! 😩 I’m not sure I can go faster though.

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 7, don't worry about speed, just run at your own comfortable pace, not long now until you graduate, good luck for that. 😊 🏃🏾

No, no, no! Don't even think about going faster - you're doing brilliantly! 👏👏👏

The aim of c25k is to get you running for 30 minutes continuously, not to get you running 5k (confusing title, I know).

Apparently, only about 10% of runners graduate doing 5k. I graduated in November and still can't run 5k in 30 minutes.

Concentrate on your time, not your distance - and huge congratulations on getting to week 7. 🥳🥳🥳

That’s a good speed for now. Don’t push it in case you injure yourself. Please. I know because that’s what happened to me last year. You sound just like I did.

You will get to 5k but give it time. Big piece of advice. Forget the stats. Switch of the measurement app and run for your personal enjoyment and achievement. Sorry to sound like I have my soap box out! ☺️

Wow that’s a good speed you don’t need to go faster but if you just keep running one day you will realise you are faster

Please don't go faster yet, just complete the programme. That isn't a problem. 5k will come eventually (I still haven't managed over 4.5k yet). Take it easy, you don't want to injure yourself and well done.
