Week 6 completed!πŸ˜πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I am astounded that I managed to run for a full 25 mins today. Have given up in the dog as she hides everytime I say the word "run". However, this has meant I can run beside the main road, which I find much more interesting than running round the park or the back streets. It was tough again today but on the return half of the run I noticed that the run out has a steady but almost imperceptiblee incline so I am not surprised I found it hard! So chuffed. Cant say I am looking forward to Week 7, as I'm still not enjoying running, but I am determined not to give up.

Huge well done you... relax no into the longer runs... perfect for letting the legs begin to find their happy pace :)

Every week prepares you for the next one so nothing to dread. There’s no pressure...take it slowly...enjoy looking around at the world...play some fab music 🎢 & before you know it you will be enjoying it!

It's amazing where those pesky hills keep coming from!

That is brilliant. Poor little dog...mine used to sit down and refuse to run up a hill. Sounds like you are doing great. πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done! I have also left my dog behind until the last couple of post graduation runs! To be honest, I'm not sure she knew what was going on during our run yesterday morning - she was pretty stiff later on in the day (getting on a bit), so maybe I wasn't running at quite the snail's pace I thought I was!

Enjoying running is an odd thing to explain- You've clearly got the bug though because you are getting through the programme
