Week 4 run 3 done but heavy legs from the start. Any ideas? Last run I bounded along after 2 coffees and egg on toast. Today cup of tea no food. Both morning time. Thanks.

Heavy legs are symptomatic of poor hydration.

It is the twenty four hours before your run in which you need to be drinking 2-3 litres of fluids, as explained in the guide to the plan.
