Done and I’m so delighted!!

I know you’re supposed to have a rest day but I’m going away for the weekend with a group of friends for lots of gin and good food!!

I didn’t want to put this run off and not be able to start Wk 5 next week so two days running it had to be and I felt ok and not too tired but I won’t be making a habit of it!

It’s such a great feeling to be doing this when I always classed myself as a non runner 😄🏃🏼‍♀️

I’m now identifying myself as a runner...a very slow runner but a runner non the less!!

Have a great weekend folks 😄

Congratulations! I also squeezed two runs in in a row this week - it was a challenge but I managed it 😃 we are definitely runners! 🏃🏼‍♀️Enjoy your weekend away!

Well done, I think you've earned good lots of gin and food (that was what you said wasn't it?). Mind you (nag alert!) don't make a habit of running on consecutive days, apparently the rest days are far more important that the running ones. Anyway, looks like you'll be getting plenty of rest & relaxation over the weekend so hopefully that should make up for it, make sure you get back onto the (water) hydration on Sunday so that your muscles are well lubricated for Monday. Oh, and have a great weekend!
