Week 5, run 3.

A couple of our local running groups commenced the c to 5k programme in early January. I wasn't aware until week 3 when I joined them. Now in my mid 60's and in excess of 45 years since I did any running, I confess the week 5, run 3 was looming and not eagerly anticipated! Having just completed the run, I have to say the anticipation of the run proved far more daunting than actually completing it.

Massive well done Tom-cat! That was my favourite run, having never done any long distance running before, it just felt amazing! You did it!! And there’s more great runs to come! 🙌🏽❤️

Congratulations to you Tom-cat on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, now go and celebrate that wonderful achievement. 😊 🏃🏾
