Pimlico / Westminster beginners running group?

Hi there all.

I am in London Monday to Friday for 2 years (just over a year to go.) I started off trying to run at lunchtime in St James's Park (near work) but it's just full of people and I felt like a fat clumsy mess. So I stopped running and now I'm a fatter, clumsier more unfit mess with even higher blood pressure.

I am *determined* to start running again. I can do 1 run on a Saturday or Sunday back home in North Wales but I need to do 2 runs in London, either before or after work. I'm a bit scared tbh, Llandudno is a lot quieter than Vauxhall Bridge Road (!)

Any tips?

Thanks guys xx
