So begins week three of couch to 5k in balmy 0°C conditions with frost on the paths and pavements.. The fourth and final run today was beyond challenging. I was making running actions and travelling at a slow amble. If it doesn't improve, I may have to repeat this week. Ho hum

Well done for completing it.
So long as you're doing, that's all that matters.
My suggestion though would be to think about how slow that last run was, and for wk3 R2, set off that same pace. Go even slower if you want to. And then, if you have energy left in the tank at the end, kick up the pace a little bit for the final minute.

sounds like you are doing just fine... gentle jogging is perfect, and unless you are finding it really hard going then you can continue on the plan...
