I’m on run 3 of week 8 but am worried about falling off the wagon when the programme finishes. Any ideas?

Well done on your progress.

When you post your graduation, I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.

If you can't wait that long, then have a look in the FAQ posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.

There are 3 post C25K podcasts which have a mixture of consolidation runs. These are great. There is also the Bridge to 10k program for when / if you want to do a bit more. I think those of us that like structure repeat week 9 a few times and or try the other 3 post C25K podcasts. I've started using Nike Run Club recently which has a pretty large selection of guided runs for all levels.

Lot's of choice, don't worry, and the support will always be here :-)
