Great you've now completed wk3r1. A few people have said about the app stopping or pausing.
There are podcasts available in stead of the app and people have said they work better.
Or you can try to make sure all other apps are closed and all you have open is c25k and music , if you use it. Good luck 😊

I could not get on with the app at all and I didn't like the music enough in the podcast (which was not bad, but I prefer some thing to sing along to - despite not singing while running!!) so I used an interval timer app instead that I programmed the times into and used that instead. I just found having to look at my phone every time to get it going again or guessing what I was supposed to be doing was too irritating for me, I wanted to like going, not get frustrated all the time! The one I used is called tabata, but there are lots of others out there.

Hi, can you play your own music? I have my own playlist in the back ground and Laura pops up at intervals to tell me when to run or walk 😊
Hello, thank you for your advice ... I’m gonna have a little research and see what’s what. I like running music free, I can zone out when listening to music and that might be a bad thing for me when running out on the streets 🥴
