Overjoyed!

I just wanted to share my high spirits!

After taking a break from the programme due to work commitments then an ankle injury from 9 December - when I completed W7R3, I was expecting that I’d have to track back a few weeks to catch up with myself.

However, on 1 January - I got ready and set off: W8R1 completed without problem!

Having had set myself a target to complete the programme by Christmas, I had been disappointed that I’d not been able to succeed, so I was overjoyed to be back on track and with the finishing line back in sight!

Note to self #don’tstopbelieving

Happy New Year to all the C25K community 🥂
