I’m struggling to download the podcasts. Is anyone else having trouble?

I can find the podcasts but when I go to download it keeps telling me download failed. I’ve tried lots of ways. Can anyone help? Ps I’m trying to download onto my iPhone

Not sure how to fix that but most people prefer the app to the podcasts, not least because they can choose their own music. Have you tried downloading the app instead?

The app doesn't include the C25K+ Speed, Stamina and Stepping Stone programs. They are standalone audio files.

By choice I used the downloads as I didn’t have to worry about constant data use or signal. These are the ones I used... nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/c...

it maybe as simple as you needing to clear some memory. Good Luck!

and includes a link to the podcasts.

I have just tested this link and the links to the individual podcasts on my laptop and it opens the podcast in the browser and starts playing. By clicking the the three dots (menu) on the right hand side, you get the option to download.

I don't have an iPhone so cannot advise on that although there is a link on the download page to Download from iTunes.
