I've got to week 4, then week 7 twice... The last May 2018 I think.
What happened at week7??
I've really focused on improving my eating and nutrition this year - I've lost 1.5stone this year, and I've got more energy which I've been thinking that I should restart & encouraged me to go out today.
I've restarted on week 4, which was I managed OK today! And my running clothes are looser than they have been!! But the app kept stopping... I'm on android, do I need to do something so it keeps playing if the screen sleeps?

Cant help with the app as I tend to experience the occasional tech issue too. Although it's been fine for a while now.
But my goodness you are going to nail this program now. You sound like you've come such a long way health wise since you last tried the program. If you got to week 7 then, you'll knock it out of the park this time.

You sound like you are ready to do this! I also had trouble with the app. I think it was interrupted by the Km stage notification from my fitness band at the time. So I downloaded the podcasts instead - they ran without problens.
