Running on grass

Roads were very very icy today so rather than miss a run I decided to go to the local park and run round the grass. I hated it. It was a circuit so boring, avoiding dog walkers, uneven under foot. Decided to quit and return home. 2.5k which is only half a run. Hopefully weather will be better next run and I can get back on the roads. Should I rest tomorrow or can I add another run in.

At least you got out! I should think depending on how long you have been running you could get out tomorrow but be careful don’t get injuries

I graduated October, I should think best take a rest day, a walk would be fine though,
