Yay - I’ve done it!!

Hooray!! - just completed my final run - it’s taken a while - a few stop starts with illness etc but I was determined to complete and now I have. From a ‘confirmed ‘ non runner to runner - can’t wait to build on this. Going to start my local park run again with new vigour! What a brilliant programme, wouldn’t be where I am without you all. Thank you

I would suggest consolidate for a few weeks whilst you consider where you want to go next. 3 x 30 minutes a week, to build up that strength.
