Just in, completed the run. Very slow but done! Didn’t like the first 9 mins then settled into the run/plod... and dare I say... slightly enjoyed the last 10 mins!!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, 20 minutes of non stop running, 👍
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
Great stuff, well done you! I often find the first 5 - 10 minutes are the toughest bit. Google "toxic ten" for a scientific explanation but basically you're suddenly needing lots more oxygen and it takes your body a few minutes to catch up with demand.
Will have a look at that. I nearly felt I cheated a little by going so slowly. But it’s such a mental challenge. Reckon I can work on the speed later when confidence up.
