Certainly not getting drunk, no way, however, I was very lucky today at parkrun, I was speaking to the Parkrun Director and she hoped the ☔ rain would keep off until the last runner had finished, it did, just, the rain started within 10 minutes of the last runner, not me, finishing, lucky us, tonight I am staying in and watching a film. 😊

I noticed that I recorded the film called La La Land which was broadcast on BBC 2.on the 5th of October, so its high time I watched it, I do have Netflix, so if I don't like that film, I will watch something on Netflix. 😊

We’ve watched ‘Jingle all the way’ and I’ve drunk hot chocolate and eaten far too many snacks 😂

I cut out drinking alcohol when I started couch to 5 k as I couldn’t handle running whilst feeling it’s dehydrating affects. Turns out I’m now on day 100 of no alcohol 😱
