Google Bob and Brad physiotherapists plantar. They do brilliant videos for most issues and they really work. From memory heel drops on a stair daily is the key exercise 👍🏻

Hi, I had that for about 6months. Before I started running. I used to put a bottle of frozen water under my foot and roll it back and forth.. I haven't had it for a long time now so I can only assume it worked.
