Advice for starting up after a short break?

I had done up to W6R1 consistently, but have had 2 weeks off on holiday, which was a city break so lots of walking but no hard cardio. I think W5R3 was the 20 minute run. Just wondering about how others started back after a break. Should I go back to W4 as I found W5 quite hard, for example? W5 is the week where each run is different, whereas W4 the 3 runs are the same. I haven’t been able to find info about the theory behind the setup of the runs, which might help me to decide the best restarting point. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

As the guide to the plan states healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running, so you can pick up where you left off.

Enjoy your journey.
