Here I am again, and this time, I want you to follow me ! Please!
Some of you great folk have already headed out and are working really well !
But I need some more of you to come along with me and take a look ...
Where are we going... I hear you ask... ?
Well.. it really isn't far..it is just across to the Strength and Flex forum, which is a great place to visit!
If you did not read the first post, inviting you to the S and F forum..here is what it is all about!
Strength and Flex work...is what we advise our runners to do alongside their running, ( on some of your rest days); it is one of our sister forums and it is brilliant... and if you have not visited it yet... you should have!
Great tips and advice for the strength and stamina work that many of us find so, so useful to do alongside our running.
Also great, if by some twist of fate you have an injury... the ideas for keeping up our strength and stamina are very useful.
The rest of our body needs to keep up with our legs! So, on some of our rest days, non impact work is essential. That is what the forum is all about... and you don't need a gym to be able to participate!
So... please do follow the trail of the running blue snail and head across to check it out. There are pinned posts with lots of ideas for exercises to keep your running body moving and hopefully, injury free..

If you had followed me on this run... you would have done 10K...Spitfire Run at RAF Cosford...and like me, you would have had a great time... and no...I did not come last...this was taken at the very start of the run... I like to start, steady and slow and save myself for a sprint finish 😉 x
