During my runs I have been getting a burning feeling in my left calf muscle. I have run through it a couple of times but it becomes very sore afterwards but disappears after a couple of days until my next run.

Can anyone advise me on what I can do to help recover quickly from this - useful stretches, rest period, compression socks ???

Thanks everyone in advance - this community is amazing πŸ‘πŸ»

Maybe you are but are you stretching after EVERY run are you still keeping up your hydration 2-3 litres per day, are you having rest days. Just a few things to consider. If you're doing all this maybe someone else will be able to help. 😊😊
